Tales of the Jedi – Episode 6 “Resolve” Recap & Review

Episode 6 from Tales of the Jedi begins with Ahsoka arriving at a funeral in Naboo in the wake of the death of Padme. She’s hiding and as a police patrol is about to arrive Senator Organa recommends that Ahsoka go and she follows through leaving into the darkness.

The Empire is expanding its reach to the entire galaxy, Ahsoka touches down on the outskirts of a farm and is given an entirely new name: Asha. The group debates the empire and whether they’re good for the world or not, and half dissident in favor of the Empire. When Ahsoka makes use of her force power to prevent some bales of hay from falling onto an employee, her hidden plan is revealed as one of Ahsoka’s faithful employees lets the Empire know the location Ahsoka has been hiding.

The word of this is spread, then the next time Ahsoka goes back to her village she sees the area completely destroyed, with the help of an Inquisitor on the lookout for her. Ahsoka defends the villager who is a traitor and stops the Sith from advancing.

In the knowledge that there will be more, Ahsoka tells the villagers the entire story of how they’ll need to do is leave the planet, and then fly away searching for a new place to set up the camp. This is the reason why Ahsoka decides to go back to the battle.

The Episode Review

The last episode in Tales of the Jedi rounds out on a high and features battle lines drawn in the battle between Sith and Jedi. The episode is beautifully composed and the conflict between Ahsoka as well as the Inquisitor although it’s short is able to intensify the tension and provide the chapter with an additional sense of adrenaline

The Tales of the Jedi has done excellently to show the differences between these two beliefs regarding both the Sith as well as the Jedi and in this episode, we get to see Ahsoka’s noble mission. Ahsoka when re-emerges on the horse and gets ready to fight the Empire. In the end, this is one of the best episodes in the series and there’s a lot to love about this episode.
